Welcome to Caribbean Maths Academy—an online learning community dedicated to helping students across the Caribbean develop confidence, competence and success in Mathematics.
As the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC®) introduces its new modular CSEC Mathematics syllabus for examinations from May/June 2027, we are committed to preparing students for this exciting new approach to learning and assessment. The revised syllabus is organised into three progressive modules, beginning with Module 1 – Fundamentals of Secondary Level Mathematics, which provides the essential foundation for all future mathematical learning.
Why Begin with Module 1?
Module 1 is much more than the first stage of the CSEC Mathematics programme—it is the foundation upon which the remaining modules are built.
Our Module 1 programme develops students’ understanding of:
- Number Theory and Computation
- Consumer Arithmetic
- Sets
- Measurement
- Algebra 1
- Introduction to Graphs
These topics provide the mathematical knowledge and problem-solving skills required for success in Modules 2 and 3, as well as in everyday life.

- Form 3 students beginning the new modular pathway.
- Form 4 students who want a stronger mathematical foundation before tackling the higher modules.
- Adult learners returning to Mathematics for employment, personal development, or CSEC certification.
